Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) was born to Wayne David Cardellini (a businessman) in Redwood City. Linda is Italian (from her paternal grandpa), Irish (from her mother), German, English and Scottish heritage. Linda was the youngest of four children in San Francisco Bay, California. When she was in her tenth grade, she began to be attracted to acting after performing in a play at school. Also, she performed in school plays and the community stage productions. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School, Mountain View in California. When she graduated, she had to make a decision about whether she wanted to go into New York to pursue theater or Los Angeles to pursue film and television. Linda chose LA. Linda was first cast as a character in Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks was the part that brought her a breakthrough. In the acclaimed series she played the role of decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989), better known by her stage name Lily James, is an English actor from England. She began her acting career by appearing on Just William in 2010, which was a British TV series. Following her breakout performance in the role of Lady Rose MacClare on the period drama Downton Abbey from 2012-2015, her first breakthrough role was in the movie fantasy Cinderella in 2015. James was later cast as the Countess Natasha Rostova for the television adaptation War & Peace (2016). James also appeared as Baby Driver (2017) and in period television dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (18) as well as The Dig (2021), as well as musicals Mamma Mia! There We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 to play Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
